Under the stated acceptance conditions (20 repeated marks on cleaned T2 copper using the approved focal distance and identical power settings), use registration repeatability target ±0.05 mm and a legible code after the rub test as the LT verification target. The comparison baseline is manual stamping alignment at approximately ±0.50 mm; the resulting improvement is about 90% tighter registration. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a FAT using the buyer’s material and ordered machine configuration.
